See all FAQsWhen a design sells, the payment is credited to the designer's Jeweltix wallet after deduction of the platform commission and payment gateway charges. The amount is held for 48 hours, and if no dispute is raised in that period it is released for withdrawal to the designer's bank account or UPI.
The 48-hour hold gives buyers a window to report a problem with a purchased file — a corrupt file, a wrong file, or a design that does not match its listing. It protects both sides: buyers are not left with an unusable file, and designers receive payment reliably once the window passes.
If a purchased file is corrupt, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, you can raise a dispute within 48 hours of purchase from your Purchases page. The seller's payment for that order is automatically frozen while the dispute is reviewed, and it is resolved by the Jeweltix support team through a refund, replacement, or release of payment.
Yes. Every design on Jeweltix includes a live 3D preview that can be rotated, zoomed, and viewed from any angle before purchase, along with automatically generated render images from five different angles. The actual design file cannot be downloaded until payment is completed.
